Social events and get-togethers outside the studio, charitable events such as cycling events, 5K runs, virtual rendezvous’ for participants who share a topic of common interest, but above all, the studio offers the opportunity for participants to choose á la Carte the programs and activities that meet their needs and interests and help them along the path to Well-being.
