Peter Churchill
Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Peter Churchill is one of the most experienced Personal Fitness Trainers in Canada. After graduating with a degree in Physical Education from McGill University, Peter began his career in the fitness industry as a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Fitness Trainer and Fitness Director. He was also one of the first candidates to earn the coveted C.S.C.S. credentials as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He has Certifications from the American Council on Exercise in Group Fitness Instruction, Personal Fitness Training and as a Certified Health Coach. He is considered by ACE to be a Subject Matter Expert. To date Peter has logged over 35,000 hours of Personal Training instruction and over 10,000 hours as a Group Fitness Instructor in both the studio and pool environments. Peter works with people of all ages and abilities, including mature adults and young athletes.

His philosophy on training, fitness and wellness is simple; Just keep moving, be patient and persistent and pay close attention to proper exercise technique. An easy going personality and style, makes training with him a pleasure rather than a burden.
